maxillary sinus and vertical bone
dimension. Although there has been slight loss of buccal width this did not prevent positioning of the implant head to permit correct occlusal relationship with LL6. Note premolarised occlusion assited by reduction in mesiodistal width. PA confirms restorative fit and bone level. |
