Failing anterior teeth replaced with three immediate implants. The bridge was provisionally replaced with an immediate partial denture. The mould, position and shade of the teeth are dictated by the planned aesthetics of the definitive implant supported restoration. A flange is not added to prevent traumatising the thin labial bone. |
